The client is a multinational consumer good company in Surabaya. In line with its rapid growth and expansion, the company is now looking for highly qualified and dedicated professional to be part of its winning team as

The incumbent will report directly to General Manager Factory and be responsible to manage Supply Chain for business in Indonesia, and to achieve excellence in Customer Service and Asset Management at competitive cost levels. Includes:

Design, modify and implement supply chain processes using technology as a key tool and organization as a modular structure. To maintain seamless operation, from suppliers to customers, for ensuring superior levels of customer satisfaction, with specific attention to:E-commerce at Customers and Suppliers end (e.g. e-VMR)Organization structure to support the ASEAN Supply Chain ProjectsOptimize supply chain performance to achieve world class standards of customer service and asset management, in a sustainable & structural manner. Ensure complete synergy in operations between customer, FDC, factory and suppliers towards order fulfillment process.To design, document, train, deploy and manage business planning processes appropriate to the Business needs: - customer satisfaction, asset management, cash flow & working capital management (Inventory & AP) across the supply chain. To lead process improvements in Supply Chain Management through understanding and deployment of the BEST program, utilizing the appropriate approach, methodology and tools.Establish a cross-functional Cycle Time Reduction (CTR) culture across the organization, utilizing the BEST framework.

Major Requirements

Technical / Commercial educational background and experience.Preferably with an Engineering / MBA degree, Seasoned Supply Chain professional, Self motivated, Good communicator, Good inter-personal skills / is able to influence others, Able to champion goods flow considerations in the Management Team, Highly practical & pragmatic, Tenacious, Is able to operate at, both, the Strategic as well as Operational levels, Must be proficient in written and oral English communication, Able to relocate in Surabaya, An attractive remuneration package would be provided commensurate with the qualification and experiences of the selected candidates.
