Responsibilities:

Design plan, sales plan and develop sales opportunitiesPrepare periodic and annual marketing strategy, work plan and business development plan.Periodic and systematic monitoring to the implementation of the plan.Achieve and exceed sales target, generate new sales, and retain existing clients.Market and territorial development.Guide and lead subordinates to work effectively and efficiently.Consolidate and analyze market information.Evaluate market and competitors activity.Reaching own personal target together with leading and motivating sales team to reach team target.Act as a catalyst in business growth

Requirements:

Male min 28 y/oCandidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Food Tech Major or equivalent.Minimum 4 years experience as sales and marketing in food & beverage industry.Knowledge about sales and business planning.Fluent in English both oral and written is a must.Excellent skill in achieving sales target (volume and value) and distribution channelStrong analytical skills, and high sales driveGood Attitude, honest, having integrity, and willing to work hard, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Able to work alone or in a team with minimum supervision.Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power point, etc)Prior experience in handling team is a plusWill be located in Jakarta area
